Terms of Service

1. Who we are The Tanning Collective is operated by Tanning Accessories Nationwide Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 17397821), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. 2. Our products We sell CROWN JEWEL men's spray tanning modesty pouches and related accessories through this website.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

  • Prices are displayed on the product pages and confirmed at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
  • We may correct a pricing error before dispatching your order, and will refund you if you do not wish to proceed.
  • Payment is taken at the time you place your order through our secure payment provider (Shopify Payments).
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or where a product is unavailable.

4. Delivery

  • We will dispatch your order within the handling time stated at checkout and provide tracking where available.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or your nominated address.

5. Returns, hygiene and cooling off

  • CROWN JEWEL items are intimate garments. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14 day cooling off period, but this is void once the tamper-evident hygiene seal is broken. Items with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

6. Intellectual property The CROWN JEWEL name, the crown emblem, product designs and all content on this website are the property of Tanning Accessories Nationwide Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy or use them without our written permission.

7. Liability Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the products.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
