Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch times

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Pre-order items: Where a product is offered for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. If the expected dispatch date changes significantly, we will contact you with an update as soon as reasonably possible.

2. United Kingdom delivery

Standard UK delivery is £3.99.

FREE standard UK delivery is available on orders over £40.

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery is normally expected within 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International delivery is not currently available.

3. Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, strikes, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will keep you informed.

4. Missing or damaged items

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at tara@tanltd.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the item and packaging may help us investigate the issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
